By boarding the observation skiff and launching the study, you agree to these operational rules of play. Use the simulator fairly and responsibly.

No Monetary Value

All items logged during the cruise, including fish caught, points, high scores, and sonar badges, are purely virtual record-keeping indicators. They cannot be converted, purchased, sold, or redeemed for cash, real-world prizes, or physical rewards.

Subscription Support

Charter Guild memberships (such as the Charter Pass or Fleet Captain subscription) are mock transactions for demonstration/roleplay support of our naturalist logs and do not charge actual credit cards, nor do they establish physical service delivery. Subscriptions are billed on a mock recurrent basis and can be reset at any time by clearing site data.

System Availability

This study simulator is provided "as-is". Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free sailing cannot be guaranteed under volatile tidal currents.
